Yes,-this definitely sounds good.Especially acoustic-guitar.But overall sound-picture is pretty balanced stereophonically and ,also,in frequency-ranges,-sounds like everything is at right places in overall sound.Thumbs up for Ozone 4.Need to try it one day.
The song is great melodical piece with meaningful lyrics.The new master definitely brought out the best of it.

oh what a beautiful acoustic song , so very bittersweet, I don't think I can listen without thinking about all the people I have known , and get teary eyed , I rarely hear a song so gorgeous in its sentiment , your arrangement and prodution is just right , the picking is great , keep doing that , thanks
